Fully electric by 2030

Today, all our cars have an electrified version. Volvo Cars plans to become a fully electric car company by 2030 — by then, all new Volvo cars will be pure electric. They’re all in.

First established car company to announce all-in electrification.

All models available in an electrified version.

Launches of EX90, EX30 and EM90 to make five fully electric models, including the XC40 and C40.

Ambition is to make 50 percent sales to be pure electric models.

The plan is to engineer every new Volvo model to be pure electric.
