Sales FAQs

What are some benefits of buying a new Volvo?

We’re proud to sell Volvo vehicles because of their reputation for quality, safety and reliability. Not only are Volvo cars, wagons and SUVs some of the safest on the road today, they’re also some of the most innovative. Once you enter a Volvo, you’ll find streamlined design and intuitive features that make every drive easier and more enjoyable. For instance, Google services are built into many models throughout the Volvo lineup,* making it simple to access your music, maps, contacts and more on the go. A cabin air purifier will help you and your passengers breathe easier, and available driver assistance systems will give you a hand as you drive, helping you navigate traffic safely. On top of this, the sleek Scandinavian style of the Volvo lineup perfectly balances simplicity and elegance. If you’re looking for a modern vehicle with an emphasis on safety and sustainability, a new Volvo is perfect for you.

What are some benefits of buying a pre-owned car?

Not quite ready for a new car? Buying a pre-owned car from us is a great option. We only stock pre-owned models that meet our high standards for quality and safety, which means you never have to worry about buying pre-owned from us. In fact, each vehicle has to pass a safety inspection from our certified technicians before it is listed for sale. Our pre-owned models have already experienced their initial depreciation and are priced affordably. You’ll also have your choice of a variety of makes, models, body styles and trims when you shop our pre-owned inventory.

Finance FAQs

What if my credit score isn’t ideal?

Don’t worry — we’ve worked with many customers with low credit scores over the years, and we’re ready to work with you, too. If you’re nervous that your credit situation will keep you from buying or leasing the car you want, contact our sales staff and they’ll discuss your options with you. Our team will work hard to find you a loan with reasonable terms that doesn’t put undue strain on your finances.

Service & Parts FAQs

Why should I bring my car to a dealership for service?

Our team knows Volvo vehicles inside and out, and they complete regular training so they’re up-to-date on the latest technology and equipment. This means you can be confident that your ride is in good hands. Plus, having your Volvo serviced at our dealership will also help you keep your warranty intact (if it is still active). We’ll only use genuine OEM parts on your Volvo in order to keep it a Volvo, inside and out. Don’t own a Volvo? That’s fine — we service many makes and models. From minor maintenance to major repairs, our team can handle it. Our service bay is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools that allow our techs to assess and resolve your vehicle’s issues as quickly as possible. If your model is ready for service, schedule your appointment</a > on our website today.

How often should I have my vehicle’s oil changed?

It used to be common knowledge that you should have your vehicle’s oil changed every 3,000 miles, but times have changed. Thanks to engine innovations in recent years, oil changes are now recommended every 7,500 miles to 10,000 miles. However, you should always refer to your owner’s manual to find the service schedule for your specific model. Once you visit our service department for an oil change, our team will put a small sticker in the corner of your windshield that reminds you when you’ll need to have your oil changed again.

When should I replace my car’s tires?

We have a simple trick that you can use to find out if it’s time for a new set of tires. Just grab a penny and insert it in one of the grooves of your tire with Lincoln going in head-first. If you can see the top of his head, your tread has worn down to the point that you need a replacement tire. Visit us for tire replacements, rotations and wheel balancing — we’ll be happy to help!

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call, contact us online or stop by Volvo Cars Eugene at 89320 N Game Farm Rd, Eugene, OR 97408 to speak to a member of our team in person. We look forward to serving our customers from Roseburg, Springfield, Coos Bay and Florence.
